I was born in Grimsby in England, but got the hell out of Dodge at the tender age of 4, moving to Australia. I grew up in Bunners, a small town with not much going on, and playing guitar and shooting hoops with buds made it bearable. My early music memories were listening to Bowie's Changes on my Dad's record player and staying up late watching guest programmers on RAGE.

I started attending gigs in Perth when I moved to the city to do commerce at uni. At the time, I was into the Aussie bands that were doing the circuit in the early 00's - Jebediah, Regurgitator, You Am I and Custard.

After finishing studying (and getting mediocre grades) I figured I'd go to Canada to meet girls and go snowboarding. Somehow that dumbass plan worked out and I met my future wife in Montreal. We ended up moving back to Perth and started a post punk band together.

I am  a high school teacher at a posh school. I live in Maylands with my lovely wife & son.

Born in the fair city of Perth, Western Australia to Irish and English parents. I was soon shipped back to the North West of England, growing up on the Wirral and later East Lancashire. As a teenager, I served an apprenticeship in alternative music through the late, great John Peels radio show, whilst developing a deep love for Art and football. Everton are my team, if you're asking.

Early musical loves were the Specials and local bands such as The Tear Drop Explodes and Echo and the Bunnymen. Later on, The Smiths, The Fall, Stone Roses and Joy Division. All available funds were invested in vinyl and attending gigs across the North West.  This remains true to this day, only the names of the bands have changed.

Moving back to Perth in 2008, I live with my lovely partner in the beautiful Perth hills, play bass in Brackets, a Post Punk band and work in the Mental Health sector.
